  1. What must I do to claim items on Social Media?
    You MUST please Register or Create an account, before claiming any items on social media. You can register here https://kurvykates.myshopify.com/account/register

  2. Do I have to register if I win any contest?
    Yes, please simply create or register for an account. Once you have registered on this web site? I can find your information in our system to send you an invoice and/or if you win a prize.

  3. How To Claim any Items on social media? 
    Comment directly on post or photos when needed by stating: Sold, Buy or Mine, number, size or color.
    * We do offer special prices & many times Free Shipping on many of our lives, posts or specials. If payment is not submitted in timely matter, each offer you claim may be void or canceled, per our discretion.

  4. What is your normal Shipping Policy Time?
    I generally ship within 24-48 hours. However, Please allow up to 3 business days for us to ship your package. You will receive an email automatically when I print your shipping label.

  5. What is the Flat Rate Shipping Costs?
    We have 2 flat rates available to help save you money.
     - Jewelry & Car Vent Clips Only are $4.35 per package.
     - Everything else is $7.00 flat rate.
    No MATTER how much you buy!

    *NOTE: You MUST click the CORRECT shipping type during checkout, if it is offered, or it may CANCEL your order. Please message me if you need any help. Shipping should work automatically. However, it can default. It is a program. Just simply click what applies to your order as stated above, please.

  6. I seen a post with FREE Shipping. "Is this Correct?"
    YES it sure is!!! WOOT.. Shipping for all sales is as above unless stated different on lives, sales post or special offer on our social media accounts. We do offer Free Shipping on many of our specials on other platforms.

  7. I claimed items and have not received an invoice yet...
    Invoices are sent according to or as stated on each live sale. I normally send all invoices within 24. If you still do not have an invoice after a day? Please message me. It could be a simple error.

  8. HELP! I still can't find my invoice!!!!!!
    Please check your spam folder if you don’t see your emails from Kurvy Kate's and/or your invoice. Type our name in your email search bar then click enter. That should pull your invoice up for you.

  9. Why was my order canceled?
    If payment is not submitted in timely matter, each offer may be void or canceled automatically after 48 hours.
    - OR -
    You might have clicked the incorrect shipping type during checkout or it may have CANCELED your order.

  10. When will you send tracking information?
    Your tracking information is sent to you automatically when I print your shipping label. You should check your email account for tracking on your package.

  11. What is your Return Policy?
    You must email us at: justaskkates@gmail.com or message the page for all returns. We will need to send us a photo of any defects you are claiming, within 14 business days of you receiving your package.

  12. Are all your "Sale" or "Mystery Items" final sales?
    Yes. All sales and/or mystery items are final sale and can not be returned.

  13. Can I return my leggings if I bought wrong size?
    You sure can! You will receive a full credit to be to use on in stock items at the time of return. 

    PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS:

    - All items must be unworn and still in unwashed new condition that is free of any pet, smoke or other odors with tags and packaging intact. 
    - Any items that are not in resell-able condition when returned, will not receive a credit.


  14. Do I have to ship them back to your location?
    Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is an error on our side.
